You can use the Verifying portal on our website http://www.cert-assure.com/certificateregister.php to verify your certification status. We do have a verifying portal for the certified users and all data are stored and secured. This data will be secured for the specific duration as per the legal requirement and as per the certification cycle. The empty fields are to be filled by the users with the Unique Identification Number (i.e, Certification Number) printed on certificate and the name, we shall display details associated with the certification number and name.

Details displayed may contain, individual name, organization name, status of certification, data of initial certification, surveillance dates, expiry status, scope of user entity, certificate number and location of the user entity. This data can vary depending on the client request and not only limited to above data.

c) Data Recipients

We may use third party service to process your personal data. Currently the data & complete activity is handled by Certification Assurance International (CAI) on further changes will be notified and updated.

d) Retention periods

Personal data provided to us via our website will be stored until the purpose of enquiry is made. We may, however, need to retain copies of information (which may include personal information) for internal record-keeping purposes and/or for compliance with applicable law or professional standards, whose requirements may be more than that of laws and rules requiring data protection and privacy.
